Product Introduction & Technical Specifications of German DT-Rotary Atomizer

The rotary atomizer is a crucial component of the zero-discharge bypass flue system for desulfurization wastewater, and we must exercise great caution when selecting products. The atomizer serves as the foundation for designing the flue gas distributor, tower shape, and flue of the entire system. Any changes to the atomizer will overturn our entire design.

Currently, the advantages of our DT atomizer in operation projects are very obvious:

The evaporation tower with a capacity of 4T has an inner diameter of 6.5m, a straight section height of 10m, and a conical section height of 5.7m;

The 8T drying tower has an inner diameter of 8.5m, with a straight section height of 10.5m and a conical section height of 7.4m.

Significant material costs, construction costs, land costs, and operational costs can be saved. Our design has been validated through project practice.
